Unfortunately, as he said, that doesn't exist and hasn't existed for over a decade. It was split into three separate entities: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) .

I'd imagine that these services would be handled by USCIS.

Or you can just simply say that its all handled by DHS

They can't afford to "build their dreams".

I built mine starting with paycheck-to-paycheck. Most people did.
