Is it the DOJ or the FEC that would be in charge of consequences? Either way, you're right. He's Reid and he will get away with it and continue what he does best, throwing accusations out about others for various things and his disgusting rhetoric.
First it's reported that he said thought it would be nice to give supporters and staff thank-you gifts (jewelry from his granddaughters business) but then it was found that his granddaughters business is defunct.
With DirtyHarry Reid, it's what he has gotten away with that would likely enrage us. He is a disgrace to the citizens of this country, an opportunisitic liar who is quick to point the finger of blame when his own house is in complete disarray.

I agree this is just another example of politicians being a-hole above the law characters. On my Outrage-O-Meter this isn't too high, much lower than the new revelations about Charlotte's mayor taking bribes and all sorts of stuff for the past couple years. But yeah, he should at least get some type of slap on the wrist, something that says hey yeah that was illegal even if you went Ooooops I didn't know
I mean, give the man community service or something, anything to show that at least some damn thing is happening. It's BS how politicians can do crap like this all the time and if this goes with Zero things occuring except for people getting mad then its just ridiculous
Another issue is that he is using his position for class warfare demanding we pay more money, why so he can give his family money and congresswoman and Michelle can go on exotic vacations on the tax payers money?
