95% of the money spent on schools in that county are absolutely wasted. Like their grandparents and parents, these kids will grow up in poverty..a fate they earned wholeheartedly.

I'd appreciate it if you would address my other points. Basically, you complained again about the problem but were silent with regards to the gigantic holes I pointed out.

Did you see my points or not?

I saw, I agree with many of the holes in it, but perhaps the solution would be to address the ratio of Federal funds for non federal sites like nuclear waste sites, versus federal income tax paid. The big problem we face is the same states get far more than they pay, and they also have enough political clout to keep it that way. These states, IMO, will be 100% responsible for the nation's eventual terminal insolvency.

**Under the new block grant system, states receive federal funds and match this amount with state funds to use as they see fit to meet the objectives of TANF in varying manners. . . . Each state has allocated a specific income level to be eligible for TANF benefits, which, in 2003, ranged from an income of $269 in Alabama to $1,641 in Hawaii. . . . Additionally, the allocation of maximum benefits varies greatly between states.**

And the vast majority of those states are... BLUE. No getting around that.

High concentrations of welfare recipients live in BLUE states.

Los Angeles, alone, has been quite notorious for having more welfare recipients than 48 states.

Hate to break it to you but that has been debunked.

‘Death Spiral’ States?

Also guess what a lot of people on welfare are working a job. But their mininum wage job doesn't provide enough money to provide for cost of living. So guess what they are on food stamps like the majority of people in the US military are on.

Oh fyi the majority of people on welfare are white and Republican.

This is a true fact and not BS like you are spreading around.

Not at all. It really is quite true that the majority of welfare recipients live in BLUE states.

I realize that you don't like that fact. Here's another fact for you to ponder:

Oh, yes you did move the goalposts.

I said there were more than two red states in the high welfare recipient list, and you proceeded to obfuscate, with garbage like "TANF is a federal program", etc. And you're trying to do it again, by bringing up this hijack about income inequality. So yourself.

No, I didn't. You just want to reframe it in statistics which is meaningless because all that matters is the sheer volume of the number of those receiving welfare benefits. Welfare recipients overwhelmingly live in BLUE states. There is no disputing that fact.

And to add insult to injury, BLUE states also have the most income inequality.

How's that BLUE government and mentality working out for the poor? Hmmm...?!? Not so well. Think about that...

Oh, and just so you know... trapping poor and inner-city kids in public schools because Democrats oppose vouchers isn't working out so well for the poor, either.
