Once again a pro-gun control politician is exposed as corrupt. I always wondered why Blago had a hard on for banning 50 cal rifles. After all, the chances of a crime being committed with a .50 cal rifle in Blago's Chicago are roughly 0.00. When Blago was exposed as corrupt, it hit me--the gun control thing was always just a diversion.

Underneath the veneer of 99% of pro-gun-control politicians is corruption. BTW the Obama admin is the most pro-gun-control in history. Pres. Obama, VP Biden, Atty Gen Holder, and even Ed. Sec'y Duncan all have a long track record of enthusiastic support for gun control.

I'd say that Nancy Pelosi's most transparent administration is becoming much too transparent for Democrats?

"Ya Think" and the Dems running my State, need to retire like soon. I'd say that Nancy Pelosi's administration, is run on lies and deceit, just as she and Reid do so often.

no, californians are used to traffic jams, now if he blew up a bridge during a traffic jam, then californians would get upset, mostly because they would have to change their route to and from work until the bridge was rebuilt. and then come election day, they would vote him back into office "because he apologized for causing the traffic jam".

Rhode Island Democrat House speaker Gordon Fox had his office and home raided by law enforcement officials on Friday as part of a criminal investigation. He has since resigned.

Keith Farnham of Illinois a Democrat House Rep. had his office raided in a child porn investigation.

Democrat Pennsylvania state Senator LeAnna Washington allegedly ordered taxpayer-paid employees to organize an annual “birthday party” political fundraiser.

California Democrat State Sen. Ronald Calderon indicted on bribery charges.

FBI Raids NY Democrat Assemblyman Bill Scarborough’s Office as part of “an ongoing FBI investigation.

Did I miss anyone?

(California now has the demographics of a Third World country, and political corruption is SOP in the third world.)
Par for the (Democrat) course.

This is not about DnRs. There is plenty of corruption going around on both sides. However, these days as finances are tightening more seem to be outing one another and exposing long term corruption. Detroit has been very interesting and people should pay close attention to what has been exposed there.

Be interesting to see how he has voted on some things.

Ok,
This seems odd. hmmm... Sniper?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leland_Yee
quote:
Yee stated that he had received an e-mailed warning, which was immediately reported to police, sometime around the third week of January 2013. This very explicit, unambiguous threat was not like previous death threats he had received that could be ignored as protected speech or as racist comments. The writer specifically threatened to assassinate him at or near the California State Capitol building, and stated that he was a trained sniper and had specific weapons available that could be used. On Tuesday, February 12, 2013, Everett Basham, 45, a Silicon Valley engineer who once worked with Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Wozniak, was arrested before he could take any action. Chief Scott MacGregor, head of the California Highway Patrol's Protective Services Division, said that officers found precursor chemicals used for bomb-making and other explosive materials when his home was searched.[84]
....
Yee was arrested on 26 March 2014 and charged with six counts of depriving the public of honest services and one count of conspiracy to traffic guns without a license.

Wonder if we'll start seeing similar things like that closer to D.C.?

You're beginning to sound like Fox News, take one instance and assume it is universal without any facts to back it up. Meanwhile back at the NRA, no profits to be made there by pandering and paranoia, right.
He deserves to do jail time if convicted, doesn't make every gun control advocate bad nor does it mean that reasonable legislation regarding gun control is unjustified.
