I'm gonna take, "Things that Probably did not Happen" for $100, Alex.

If it did the lunch lady was clearly in the wrong. But my guess is the parents are embellishing/creating a controversy. The coaching throughout was obvious and frankly I'm just suspicious of people who post things like this to YouTube. It's almost always agenda driven and embellished.

The parents should have just taught her to say 'haha, you're a lunch lady' and continue praying if she wished.

I guess it could be artificial leavening.

You just never know in these times.

If true, this is utterly ridiculous! The whole point of removing school prayer and instituting a moment of silence was to quit promoting a specific religion and allow people to observe their religious beliefs as they wish whether it be to God, Allah, Buddah, Satan, or the Flying Spaghetti Monster, it wasn't to prevent any religion from being within a school!

I also look at YouTube news with a grain of salt. I would side with the girl but I'll wait for something a little more substantial before condemning anyone.

Gosh darn it!! This little girl is eating "school food". She needs all the prayers she can muster!

Seriously, the girl can pray all she wants. Will the school officials abrogate her civil rights? Will they place her in suspension?

It is best if parents home school their children. Public government schools are way too immoral and strange.
