I am afraid you are mistaken. My godfather (a black man) is actually a Mason, his mother an Eastern Star. My father pledged "Q" back in his day, and when asked, he confirmed that he has known and seen white men who are members of his frat. Additionally, if you ever took a American history college course, or did any research on your own, you would know that their have been white members of the NAACP. In fact there was a story last year about a member of the KKK agreeing to join the NAACP after being offered (GO FIGURE....). I am unaware if he obliged, or if the offer was even sincere. You can judge for yourself (This KKK member just joined the NAACP - The Week).
Lastly, the links that you provided are simply the homepages of the organizations. Could you provide links to pages that list requirements for joining, AND show where it says "blacks only", or something of the sort. Oh, and if you took the time to look at the AKA page you linked it clearly shows a young AKA member who is not black in many of the photos. I am not certain if she is of latin/hispanic origin or white american/european, but she is certainly not black/african american. Therefore your previous statements are false.

Like I said, there are many organizations that don't allow "white"

The black frat & soror, don't let white people apply. Never have.
They are private associations. They get no federal, state, or local tax dollars.
It is not a business.
The right to assemble, is a valuable right to have. It is not a privilege.
Not true. I remember a black frat that had a white member back in the 80s when I attended SW Texas State.

Bentbow I agree with you alot of things but this statement, as others have shown, is incorrect. Few and far between okay, but none?

By the same token, one can ask for the same info from the "white" organizations. Clearly it's not going to be there. Are you going to suggest that since those organizations don't have a written rule calling for racial discrimination, that they don't practice racial discrimination?
Racism has been condoned at the University of Alabama as all-white sororities win their fight to ban black students from applying.
A group of 27 student senators blocked a bill to fully integrate fraternities at the establishment from reaching a public vote, with just five in favour, and two abstentions.
It has sparked outrage as critics blast the 'backwards' state of student societies more than half a century after the university first granted black students entry.
Who would want to be a member of an organization that banned people based on their race anyway?
My three kids were (and are) members of sorrorities and frats in college (much to my chagrin). When recruiting, they looked for interesting people with good grades; as a result, they had (and have) a variety of people with different backgrounds and ethnicities. Limiting a field of candidates by race is idiotic.
It was suppose to say, "There are" instead of, the.
Understood. I see your other posts in this thread that say that. I hadn't seen you make an all encompassing serious post like that which is why I thought it odd.

most white organizations aren't using racial discrimination like the U of Alabama.

Just a question. How many WHITE girls have won Miss Black America?
OR, how many whites have been ALLOWED to compete in Miss Black America?
Are conservatives allowed to join the Democrat Club?
How many whites are in the Congressional Black Caucus?
Etc., etc., etc.
I thought Freedom of Assembly was part of the First Amendment.
Agreed and there's NO "need" for a Miss Black America contest in 2014 since Black ladies CAN compete AND win in the Old School beauty contests like Vanessa Williams from 30 years ago tho she wasn't all "Black".
