Everyone already knows that on either side of Alvarado from 3rd down to Hoover and between Vermont and the 110 is where the newly arrived Salvadorans and Guatemalans live.

I agree and you're the only one making any sense on here. Those areas are already heavily Central American, they're just putting some names on some street signs at this point, but little else will change.
