No, I would rather if government was going to reform health care they do so by looking for ways to lower the cost of treatment rather than forcing everyone to by health insurance and spreading the still ridiculously high cost of treatment over a larger pool.
This way people would not NEED insurance so much except for maybe catastrophic illness/injury.
If someone can't afford a $10,000 deductible, what difference does having insurance make?
Would you rather pay a $10,000 deductible, or a $40,000 hospital bill?

Government is already too expensive. They are already over 17 trillion in debt because of it. Government also wants to raise taxes again. Enough is enough. Government needs to downsize like the rest of us would do if we had too much debt. The American people is not a piggy bank that government can keep robbing. We are NOT slaves to the government.
Who are they in debt to?
You have no idea what government debt is, clearly

Yep, "everyone" should pay.
Where did you get this ludicrous idea that not everyone pays taxes?
Payroll and income taxes are paid by anyone who earns a legal wage.

Well lets see... Obamacare, my premiums will be around $700.00 per month (up from $472). A deductible that doubled from $2,500.00 to $5,000.00 per year. An out of pocket that skyrocketed to $12,700.00
Why bother having health insurance. Oh that's right because if I don't I'll get nailed with an Obamacare tax. Nice going dems! If you wonder why I lost my sympathy for the so called poor .. think Obamacare and Obama.

I'd rather pay the 40k hospital bill, you know why? Because I can make small payments AFTER getting the treatment. If you pay the premium, you MUST pay the whole 10k upfront BEFORE the treatment. What happens if you don't have the 10k? You get nothing.
Just think of allllll the interest being paid. Think of alll the interest that could have gone to helping people.
If you think the rich can pay down all that debt think again. It won't be long before they start looking at you. At minimum they will give you less than they could have. That's the reason the poor are poor. They don't understand how bad debt hurts on all levels.

If you are paying that much, it is because you can afford it.
Suck it up, or move to single payer. Don't ask the rest of your less fortunate citizens to die so you can save money and blow it on non-essentials.
