All of them. Anyone that says I'll protect you from the boogie man runs the very real chance of being the boogie man themselves. Personal responsibility. And product liability. If you sell something that kills you are liable for the result. If you legalize it you regulate it as well, even if only by Tort.

It meets none of those criteria, and seems to have significant medicinal benefits. I am all for legalization.

I never understood why it was in the first place. Movies like reefer madness are even more corny than a guy in a plastic suit stomping through Tokyo.

How do you regulate things such as Heroin. If you make it weaker, people will just do more until they OD. Also, by making all the addictive drugs legal, who pays for their rehabs, detoxes and OD's?

My thinking goes like this. As my dad was dying of cancer Heroin would've done a better job of dealing with his pain than morphine did. As far as rehab goes dig him up and run him through it. Oh ya why bother he is dead. Who pays for them now?

Legalizing them in my opinion would lead to a bunch of people trying it, then not so many people doing it as the kick from doing something illegal wears off.

If you were going to make things illegal by harm alcohol should be illegal and weed should be legal.

Personal responsibility. It is on you to not ruin your own life. Legally or not. And the law isn't stopping people from doing it.

The reason for the heroin epidemic is due to all of the prescription opiate abuse. A person starts abusing pain pills, and when they can no longer get the pills from a doctor they tend to turn to heroin.

Who pays for the property theft committed by the addicts? We do.

I found that movie quite funny myself. At any rate, I support legalization as well, and I think it's coming very soon. The states with medical weed, and those who have legalized for recreational purposes have set the tone.

It would have? Did he try Herion and Morphine, then discovered it worked better and told you?
