This liberal uses Dropbox and doesn't care.

While I could not disagree more with Rice's politics, she is far from an empty suit. Were she not a neoCon, she'd be on my most-admired list.

Of course that's what you thought. He's so pernicious, he can architect a war before he's even in Congress.

It isn't faux outrage. If he's outraged, he's outraged. Whether his outrage is justified or not doesn't have any relation to whether it is faux or not. Before you insult someone else, why don't you try getting it right?

Because Hitler killed people based on their ethnicity while Hussein didn't. Oh wait, he did.
Because Hitler invaded other countries while Hussein didn't. Oh wait, he did.
Because Hitler crushed all opposition to his rule while Hussein didn't. Oh wait, he did.
Because Hitler was virulently antisemitic while Hussein wasn't. Oh wait, he was.

Because Japan bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941, and oh wait, there's nothing even remotely comparable on the Hussein side.

Because Germany/Japan/Italy posed an existential threat to Western Civilization and the United States and oh wait, there's nothing even remotely comparable on the Hussein side.

But nice superficial comparisons you made.

Personally I have no issue with Rice, she was just an empty suit saying what she was told to say when she was in the Bush administration.
Exactly! Isn't the right to redress the government something we fought a little war for?

What, those were the reasons? (Apart from the fact that Iraq in 2003 couldn't have invaded anyone...) I thought some some spokeshole carried on about aluminum tubes of doom and a mushroom cloud over a US city being the smoking gun or something. Wait, that was Dr. Rice, wasn't it?
