So in the conservative mind tolerance means that conservatives are entitled to high ranking positions and no one can ever criticize those appointments ever or they are intolerant.

It isn't faux outrage. If he's outraged, he's outraged. Whether his outrage is justified or not doesn't have any relation to whether it is faux or not. Before you insult someone else, why don't you try getting it right?
