Obama knew his supporters were ignorant about taxation and that ignorance is why his supporters will remain poor. Even if they do start to make higher income by voting for Obama they voted themselves a higher tax rate. Obama lovers actually believed Obama and think they got the rich. They are fools

Anyone who is complaining about how much pgh pays in taxes he is only doing what government encourages him to do. For people who can't afford to buy would you rather live on the street? Government doesn't want to be a landlord so it uses the tax code to encourage investment in real-estate to house people.

It gets you 1014 treatment, but you cannot really avoid the estate tax through trusts that well that is what 2036 and 2038 are designed to prevent.

The estate tax is written for people who try every loophole in the book so the loophole part is pretty good, the problem is that it has been decimated by the credits, annual donee exclusion and creative valuation.

If you have trusts, you simply change the trustees from the parents name, to the childrens, and the estate passes onto the children tax exempt since the trustees dont own the companies, they simply have jobs overseeing the management functions.

now if we could get all entities (individuals w/ capital gains, big corporations, poor people, etc) to pay at least 25% ... without loopholes ... we'd be on to something.
I am all for that, that would definitely help make the tax base grow. The Republicans try to say corporations are people, it is time to make them pay 25% in total taxes like the rest of us.

I don't pay.

I put the money back into the economy and create jobs.

Stop acting so jealous and like a typical Obama supporter. People who can't afford to buy a house should thank people who invest in real-estate otherwise they would be out on the street or in the government projects.

There are already trillions of dollars sitting overseas not coming back because the reunification tax rate in the US is the highest in the world.

Nope. Again that is what 2036 and 2038 stop.

Once again, I'm sensing a lot of jealousy and resentment. I recommend some serious soul-searching.

How about they take care of their obligation of raising another living breathing American Citizen, with THEIR income.

No jealousy and resentment from me......just logical thinking......
