I'd be very interested to see it tested in court. It definitely puts the cab companies in a bad spot no matter what they do.
It's a matter of individuals refusing to do their jobs, not the companies fault. I think the companies do have a responsibility to fire the individuals involved. However, I'm not sure they won'd have to make "reasonable accommodations" for these employees. Businesses now sometimes have to so so-giving employees "Sabbath" off from work for example. It's not right, but the law is weird.

You know and I know that those cabbies are statistically FAAARRR more likely to be Democrats..and have a love for Obama. Additionally, they share the same political party with the gays who they refused to take. Your ideology is similiar to theirs' in that you belong to the same political party. You are all screwed up you don't even know what you believe. Most conservatives I know value hard work and for one, would never turn down a paying customer as long as that customer wasn't disrespectful. You choose to not deal in reality, so lets blame the right.

So what... That's their right if they do not want to drive the cab. Homosexuality goes against their beliefs...

Sure, but they are refusing to do their job. That's grounds for termination.

Would tightie-righties support Christian cab drivers (working for a cab co.) who refused to drive with a gay games sign on their roof?
This is the sign: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BlCd7NQCYAAhLrp.jpg

These folks are entitled to their beliefs. If they choose not to work, they should be afforded that option. For whatever reason(s) that they may lose their jobs, they will have to deal with that later.

Since you classify equal rights as special rights, you are only proving his point.
