When We the People have strong questions as to court decisions and suspect politics in play, We the People are the last resort to challenge Constitutionality when politically controlled judges are "used" for nefarious purposes.
Or perhaps you're just - wrong. If the best representative of "you the people" is a slightly unstable rancher who feels grazing fees is for other people and who apparently considers himself a prophet of sorts, perhaps you'd do better to find another banner to march under?

Weren't the other ranchers around Bundy who paid the fees, run out of business?
Strange analogy you make. I won't comment on Bundy, but I will comment on the pipeline.
First, people want the Pipeline. Even most Democrats want the Pipeline. People in communities that will benefit from the Pipeline, want the Pipeline, and people who would benefit from the jobs (even if they are temporary, want the Pipeline.
The Pipeline was nearly set to go, when, surprise, surprise, Obama first delayed a decision. Now, many delays later, we know why. There is one who is pulling his strings (Tom Steyer) who has promised millions to fund Democrats who will oppose the project. Tom is a "greener" and an anti-fossil fuel, and "warmist" nut job. He plans to use his money to force his environmentalist ideas on the rest of us. This is tyranny.
Eminent Domain has been used for building highways as well as pipelines and other needed infrastructure projects for many years. It is when Eminent Domain has been abused that most people oppose it (such as recent uses, when some local government decides that an interested party could make better use of a piece of property than it's current owner (read, more local tax income), like for example, a shopping mall, parking garage, or some other project for which the local government benefits.
By the way, the Pipeline is to transport the oil to refineries in Texas, and it is now being transported by rail, and over the highways (very dangerous, putting many lives at risk, in the event of an accident — and there have already been several recent ones). I wonder if Steyer has any railroad interests?
Your right-winger pundit is totally against Eminent Domain as he states in this video.
However, Hannity does not comment on the land grab by Eminent Domain from foreigners to buils the Keystone pipeline. Nor did Hannity cover the ranchers' protest on the National Mall a couple weeks ago.
The risk of pipeline leaks are nearly nil, but the risk of train derailments high, or highway accidents involving tankers carrying the oil.
Those who would benefit from the jobs it would create certainly care (and they don't care that "it won't create many" [your words]). It provides needed work for a significant length of time. If you are in need of work, you aren't going to turn your nose up at it, even if it is temporary, are you?
Most of these construction workers go from one job to the next anyway. That is the way of life for them.
Even the Unions are upset with Obama's delay tactics on this.
The Center for Biological Diversity has created the time-lapse video below, America’s Dangerous Pipelines, highlighting pipeline incidents from 1986 to 2013, relying on publicly available data from the federal Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
Only incidents classified as “significant” by the agency are shown in the video. “Significant” incidents include those in which someone was hospitalized or killed, damages amounted to more than $50,000, more than 5 barrels of highly volatile substances or 50 barrels of other liquid were released, or where the liquid exploded or burned.
The topic isn't whether Keystone XL is good or not.
It's why do conservatives and militias support Bundy but not Nebraska and South Dakota farmers?
The conservatives could care less about Bundy. They supported him under the "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" platform. Then the conservatives scattered when Bundy started flapping his racist trap.
However the ranchers who do not want the pipeline taking their land, are" enemies of their friends" (big oil).
That is why.
In other words, the right has no principles, only politics.
Were Bundy's remarks subjectivist, or, objectivist?
