Ah yes - the ALEC agenda. Because if there's one thing that's certain, it's that state governments are much easier to bribe - ahem, I mean they're much easier to convince to adopt business-friendly practices regarding resource extraction. You think the small farmers will stand half a chance against the big conglomerates? The guys who can write the big checks will gain control over the land, and they'll fence you off without losing a minute's sleep over it.

It went over 100 degrees out their in Bunkerville-Tea Party Land today. Right now its 99 degrees out there. Eventually the Tea Party will cave in and either leave or call for FEMA to call Bunkerville a natural disaster area because of the the heat. The worst thing that SS, VA-Disablity, gubbermint-disablity did was allow for automatic check deposits. Now the Tea Party can sit out in their tents, trailers, etc. and still collect a check. The Tea Party is always one step ahead of Uncle Sam.

You don't think things through, do you!

So, the Tea Party is just another name for the Nevada & Utah militia?
Pretty sure after 8 generations on the land, they have a handle on how to deal with the heat.
You may not last a minute, but you can bet the Bundys are acclimated to the ambient of the region.
Body armor and helmets(your going to burn up)... We can wait you out, in the river.

Eight generations?
Since Bundy's aunt first bought their little 160 acres in 1948, the Bundys must start procreating when they're age 8 1/2 to get 8 generations today.
The hangarounds are already giving it up. They'll all be gone before the first of June, no wiser but much more broke than when they arrived.

You sent them any money yet, Bent? There are several of them begging dough from the brothers just yesterday. I guess they et up all the MRE's the Oath Keepers left before they were run off.

1877, 140+ years and 8 generations later. There are 3 generations there today.

1948 was a deed transfer upon death.

You're being shamelessly lied to. 1948 was Bundy's parents purchasing the farm from Raoul and Joan Levitt. This story has useful links - one of them going to the 1948 deed, complete with signatures from the very much alive sellers. Oh, and there are some census links as well, with complete absence of Bundys.

Bundy is a BS artist.

I'm bad with links on my phone. Hopefully someone will help me out here. New info is out where the administration believes it can use the military against civilians.

In the releases the considerations was made whether or not the military should have been sent in during the Bundy stand off. Luckily it was rejected (this time).

But what we have is a government arguing they can turn the military on civilians and even at least considering it in civil issues.
