I think it shows that even if they deny it government and this administration know the problem; violent people. Use to be they could distribute for civilian training and this nation was known as a nation of rifleman.its the people not the guns we have a problem with.

All ammunition has a shelf life Rick. The article you linked even states that it is and I quote, "impossible to know" what part of the arsenal remains viable. Your blind hatred of the first black president is telling... The fact of the matter is ammunition that isn't used gets disposed of... I've seen first hand Army demolition dispose of ordinance...
