Sounds like Russian sour grapes over economic sanctions, as NASA currently spends three times as much as the both the Russian Space Program and the European Space Program.

Russia having a good sulk - LOL.

Russia can call us when it lands a man on the moon, sends exploration vehicles to Mars and the edges of the solar system, and launches the most advanced telescope for exploring the heavens into space.

Until then, they offer no service that private companies won't be able to provide in the United States in the coming years.

Robots aren't manning (robotting?) the ISS. We need their rockets, and mocking the Russians over this is juvenile.

NASA is still putting rockets into space, they just aren't capable of putting a human into space.
