Where did you get the idea that eating shellfish is a lesser sin than committing homosexual acts? The Bible makes it VERY clear that all sin is equal, and it uses the exact same word to describe both. Right there in Leviticus (11:11) only short distance from the verse you people love to hit gays over the head with.
Anyone who loves shellfish and won't stop eating it is going to suffer with the rest of us.

How is "judge shopping" going on? If I want to challenge the constitutionality of, for instance, Colorado's gay marraige ban, I go down to the Federal District of Colorado and file the lawsuit, and the case is randomly assigned to a judge.
How is it that I can shop for a judge???

Granted as a gay man, I do not join gay parade and I feel that some of the participants of the parade could mar public's opinion of LGBT community. However the point of gay pride is that you are proud to be LGBT and you are not hiding. You are proud that you have family members who are LGBT and support them. You are proud as a decent human being, you support giving LGBT community equal protections under law. (Underline LAW not religion).
There is nothing funny about gay marriage. It is a serious manner. As any other law abiding citizens, WE ARE ALSO PAYING TAXES LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE. Therefore, we would like to get the same treatment like everybody else UNDER LAW.
We do not care if the church approves our marriage because some of us are not even Christians. We just want same recognition under law. That is all.
