Is this accurate in your opinion? What else do you find in a government that is failing it's people? Why can't, now that we have a black president, begin to fix these broken policies?

But, it's so much more fun to crucify a rich senile elderly white man who dares say something in private. The president can say and do whatever he wishes, but that's all right. He is not a racist. That is all that counts. Nothing else matters.

I think that all of the policies mention on the video have been around for several administrations now, it's a shame that nothing is done, by any president, to remedy these issues.
