You should try reading the article you linked rather than trying to tie it to Obama's 2008 campaign slogan because the article has nothing to do with Obama and looks at a big picture of business growth in this country, including encouraging immigration because immigrants are more likely to start businesses than Americans.
Or you know, corporations now provide 99% of all the services and goods Americans need versus small companies. Barrier of entry in a lot of markets is too high to be really succesful. Best you can do as a small business is try to ride a bigger company, like E-bay or Amazon if you sell items.
I saw this same thing being reported elsewhere, but it's like beating a dead horse at this point.
The only people who think Obama's laws, regs and policies are resulting a recovery and creating jobs are his blind partisans, and sycophantic flag waivers.

Clearly you didn't read the article. This is the first time this has happend in THIRTY years. Obama is the President NOW. If anybody can't see the correlation between the two either has an agenda or not to bright. Liberal policies are killing entrepreneurship.
This only works when the president is a Repub. Let's go back 5+ years and blame Bush instead. That's it!
Probably get blamed on the tea party or Koch brothers for blame is all they can do
