And yes, if proven guilty, damn right...they should get everything thrown at them as necessary....

Did you expect that from a pro gun person?
Put down the bong....You are not making sense.

LOL!

LOOK, the USA is unique. It is suppose to be run by the free people to maintain all freedoms.
Give me liberty, or give me death, was never big in Germany.
That posters position is literally hard to believe. So if I get shot at the mall by some maniac it must be my fault for not wearing Kevlar at the mall.

The first question a police officer is going to ask is, 'where are your keys'?
Never heard of (or watched the TV show about) police "bait cars", huh?

They do just that, and then arrest the people who stole the car for the theft of said car.

Depends on what century you are living in, because there was a time we slept with our windows wide open as we didn't have to worry about being harmed in our sleep.

Today---maybe you should lock the door and keep your wife safe. You shoot some one out side that door, it may be Bill from next door coming to ask to borrow your lawn mower.

Just saying what that man did was wrong... I don't care how you slice it up.

PS: he could have pointed the gun at the child and told him to get off his property at any time and no one would have died that day.
Do neighbors invade the homes of other neighbors?

That is different they stop a door, and knock, they do not just open it and walk in, or break it open and enter...

No, it was not wrong, he felt his life was threaten...and it was.

Stop calling him a child, he was a man.

Just like Tayvon was "child", I bet this guy has a record...

Well that's just wrong. Could be it depends on laws, state to state?

Are they going to implement that final solution after all?

He was a 17 year old kid. And the child was unarmed and he never even got the chance of being or becoming aggressive as he was shot dead in his tracks.
