Lol. Not a "whole county" but a country. Yes, with just one border, freedom of movement, government in Brussels, the UE is more like one country than anything else. You haven't been there and yet you think it's ok to open your mouth. Lol

And who's paying for it? The younger folks who are already getting hammered by a poor job outlook even with having done exactly what liberals told them to do, get a college degree at any cost.

Looks like it will take about another 10 years or so and then they get to see the real unintended consequences of liberal policies live and direct. Not only will they be straddled with debt and a degree that's worthless, they'll be paying for wealthy senior's lifestyles at the same time the government will be screaming for more revenues to pay for all of the previous promises the swamp promised. That wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that they'll be seeing less benefits from their tax dollars to boot.

It doesn't matter how you look at it, austerity is coming and nothing about austerity is congruent with liberal tax and spend policies.

You do realize your argument is that Democrats will become Republicans because Democrats didnt do everything they promised.

im guessing to you that makes sense, like that who Chicago black Tea Party thread LOL.

Also, if Nixon destroyed the GOP, then how come Ford only lost in 1976 by 1.5 Million votes and the fact that Romney won Boomers ????

between the day Watergate broke and the day Nixon, Democrats controlled the White House exactly 6 years

Your post didnt make sense on any level.

Wrong. Obama and the Democrats lied through their teeth to pass Obamacare. You think Millenials are stupid? This administration has played the millenials for fools and they know it.

Great post and I do agree!

We haven't even begun to see the massive damage pension loss will do to people. The money doesn't get put there when people are not working. Made up jobs and security is never a good gamble!

Democrats are like the parent with the "cute" child. Constantly reassuring their voters they're "cute and taken care of"......when that child grows up he/she becomes more of a burden than a producer. We will all see the cost of this kind of raising in the next 20 years as parents start dying, the kids will be at a loss.

Millenial here. The "Obama youth" movement was stupid from the get-go. People held up Obama as this icon of youth...and he was in his mid 40s during the first campaign.

<25 year olds tend to vote Democratic and are often very socially liberal, especially those in college. Many others just wanted to vote for the first black president. McCain being one of the oldest candidates in recent memory didn't help his case. Obama also had the convenience of having Bush in office.

McCain ran hard to the right in 2008 of where he probably truly is. The "maverick" became the establishment candidate. Obama was the outsider. And young people love outsiders.

Oh, so now education is a "liberal thing"? Lol. What's a conservative thing then? Being a high school dropout and illiterate?

Of course, you realize that unemployment amongst college grads is much lower than amongst less educated part of population so yes, the young did the right thing by getting education.
