The article says nothing about children reporting anyone, it simply says there is nothing wrong with speaking up within your family to inform them when they do something racist. I do that all the time with my parents.
Children should be seen and not heard. No one cares what some brat has to say about anything. They get no opinion until they turn 18 and can vote.

No, it's division tactics. Family members shouldn't be encouraged to be pit against each other like this. It will just move to the next thing if people are compliant.
