That's not true. As an employee you have a right to leave. You have a right to not do any business with any business. If you don't like a business you can start your own and do it better.

No, it wouldn't. It would be equal pay for equal work, in action.

People should be free to use PTO as they wish, but they are not entitled to more than any other individual.

What are you talking about? My daughter had 16 weeks of fully paid maternity leave and 8 more weeks she took at 60% pay. People who are educated and have good jobs like my daughter have great maternity leave.

In the US they don't give great benefits to you just because you have a heartbeat and breath through your mouth. You have to earn it. That's why we are 100X the country Canada will ever be.
