It is wrong and cruel to criticize a man who has just lost his only child. He is in the throws of grief. My heart hurts for this father I've never met. His pain is unbearable and palpable.

You obviously dont live in California and if you do are not a gun owner. California has gun laws that are above and beyond "reasonable".
Didnt prevent the shooting or those killed with a KNIFE now did it?
Oh yeah we also have the most restrictive knive laws in the country as well.
So to all you Hoplophobes this incident in California just proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that short of full and complete confiscation of any and all guns in the US

Nope if they were more civilized then they wouldnt need gun confiscation and or extremely restrictive gun laws.

It is impossible to say how many will have to die, but every incident like this moves us closer to the day when guns - all guns - will be confiscated and possession of them made illegal. The NRA opposition to sensible gun control will ironically hasten the day that happens.
I can't wait to hear exactly how you think that "confiscation" is actually going to happen.
