White House blows the cover of CIA chief in Afghanistan to thousands of reporters | Mail Online

More than 6,000 recipients saw it. They don't know now if he'll have to flee the country.

Where is all of the Valerie Plame lib crowd now?
This is much worse then Armitage naming a low level CIA analyst during a casual conversation.

This is just more proof of this inept, dysfunctional, Keystone Cops, Obama administrarion. there are no adults in charge, just a bunch of democratic party hacks....

This seems more like a careless mistake than anything else, still it should never happen. What makes it worse is that the media had to inform them of their mistake, after 6 years they should have the experience

I think it was a mistake but what bothers me is the media is concentrating on how bad it is and someone should be fired and all I want to know is whether the CIA Station Chief and his family are now safe. You know, I hope he's/she's not hanging around waiting for the administration to get to the bottom of it.

Laura: Maybe they'll leave him there without sufficient protection, like in Lybia

Does that mean Obama?

The biggest problem is that the press know who he is and where he is now.

The Valerie Plame outing was deliberate political retribution for the public statements of her husband.

You need to change your handle. Something like TryingToRewriteHistoryDude. Almost every word you post on this forum is wrong.

Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame's husband was critical of the White House contention that Ira was importing nuclear weapons grade uranium from Niger, a few days later Plame's status as a CIA agent was leaked to one reporter Novak who then exposed her as a CIA agent. Dick Cheney's top aide Scooter Libby was later convicted of lying to the FBI about the leaks.

What does your history look like?

What does your history look like?

Your history doesn't include Richard Armitage, does it?

Everyone on the Washington cocktail circuit knew where Plame worked anyway.
