I don't believe he is weak. I believe he isn't a great President. Many excuses, but as Truman said, the buck stops here.
I just don't see where he has shown signs of leadership or strong management. Just look at the VA health system problems; these problems were known years ago yet Obama says he learned of them by watching tv? Seriously.
If evidence comes out showing that he initiated the IRS holding up applications from conservative groups (a crime), it'll just be a matter of time before we hear him announcing "Well, I'm not a crook. I've worked for everything I've got."
I asked you to show where President Obama said he did not believe in American exceptionalism, not whether some guy at Heritage Foundation believes the president believes in American exceptionalism.

The president believed these problems to be fix, What was reported was a scandal where peopled lied and covered up the fact that they werent.
What you and others are posting is as if he knew the problems were still going on. Youa re leaving out key components of what actually happened.
I think those ideas/thoughts ... about "international coalitions" ... are shared by a majority of Americans who are sick and tired of a gung-ho America going it alone and footing the bill .... and sacrificing the lives of our military, mostly for conflicts which are not at our door-step and for which international partners gain the most. Cooperation isn't weakness. It's makes us and the international community with which we work and have shared interests ... stronger. Our enemies would like to divide and conquer. With international coalitions that's very difficult to do. In years to come, long after he's out of office ... Obama's actions on the foreign stage will be treated well by history.
So some right wing extremist at a right wing propaganda organization takes exception to a statement the president made about immigration and comes to... wait, wait, it's coming: a right wing extremist rant.
Remember: Osama is dead. Who made that a reality? President Obama. Not George W Bush, but President Obama. Just because, unlike Bush, Obama doesn't stuff socks into a flyboy costume to increase his perceived manhood does not make Obama weak, just as it surely did not make Bush strong.

That suggests Obama once before (and once since) said he was weak. Please cite both instances, because I think your febrile hatred of Obama is causing you to, you know, make stuff up.
