No I would not for the following reasons.
They are radical Islamic who follow a strict theocratic statism called sharia law which controls every aspect of everything, it seeing the collective as more import then the individual.
They favor tribalism over nationalism.
They seem to not want or care of the anything of the west, and reject logic and reason for mysticism and emotionalism.
I want to live in America for the following reasons
We favor a limited Government, as to its waste, fraud and the those in power are limited in the damage they can do to us.
A nation that is founded on the following
Freedom
Liberty
Limited Governance
Self Rule
Restricting the powers and actions of the Government so they can not restrict and usurp the rights and freedoms of the people who are first, last, and always sovereign.
A system were the rule of law is based on wither or not a law is a violation of the Constitution not wither or not is violates the "will of Allah".
A nation were we all share a basic language, culture, customs, and values.
A nation were we are industrious, and innovative people and who strive to make today and tomorrow better then yesterday.
A nation were we are free to defend and protect our liberty, our rights, our lives, our property, and that of all posterity to come for they to do the same...
You clearly do not value America, its Values, its Freedoms, its Constitution, its Purpose, its Founding, its Heritage, or its Culture.

What you are referencing was just a reform of the country that led to a "new" nation.
This would be the same thing as if Georgia left the U.S. and they reformatted the federal government slightly to deal with it. Would you consider the "New U.S." a completely new country?

While the Serbs have rarely had autonomous government as an independent nation, they have lived as Serbs, as an identifiable people of their own located in the Balkans, since somewhere around the year 500.

The Hughes Amendment of the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986
