This is very interesting. Rich people do not favor Republicans. It is not true.

I think we just found out why Obama & Democrats are wiping out the middle class - because they tend to favor Republicans.

Party of the rich: In Congress, it's the Democrats

Of the 10 richest House districts, only two have Republican congressmen. Democrats claim the top six, sprinkled along the East and West coasts. Most are in overwhelmingly Democratic states like New York and California.

---------------------------------------------------

Census Data Reveals State of Democrat Party – The Party of Broke People

36 of the 39 poorest districts in America are Democratic districts.

---------------------------------------------------

If you excluded the 20 richest districts and the bottom 39 poorest districts there are 225 Republican working class districts and only 152 Democrat working class districts.

...
According to Census data US districts with households making $50,000 and $74,999 (33%), and households with incomes between $35,000 and $49,999 (38%) were highly correlated with Republicans.

To put this in perspective, making $75,000 in New York's 12th (Manhattan) is about the same as making $28,000 in Birmingham Alabama. Assuming the average American family is 2.3 people, that's a household income of $64,400 -- aka. middle class. Adjustments for cost of living completely invalidate the significance of any claims that the Dems are the party of the rich. Party of the intelligent maybe.

That is very true, $75K wouldn't get you much in Manhattan.

New York 12 - makes $14,000 more than New York 10 (#3 on the list). You telling me New York 10 is lower middle class?

Next door (west) in district 13 is Rangel, who represents a poor constituency making $18,000+.

Next door (north) in district 15 is Serrano, who represents people making $11,000+.

Democrats cater to people who depend on money - either the poor, who need monetary help - or the rich, many of who use the government to enrich themselves further.

District 33 in California includes Beverly Hills, Calabasas, and Malibu.

$58,147 a year in Malibu gets you a bench outside the public restrooms at Zuma Beach.

Should we move that district to the poorest group?

Do you have anything intelligent to say about the topic at hand? If you do, start over and reply one more time, champ.

Talking point? I put this out three weeks ago. I am the only one responding. You must be on the payroll to respond in that fashion.

Then it's not a talking point anymore, it's a meme. Like the meme on how Republicans aren't the real racists, Democrats are
