This isn't Obama's health care bill where you had to..........." sign it to know what was in it "

This contract was very specific and Obama did know what he signed.

He just ended up not giving a damn !
He also added an objection to what he signed. I really want to know the legality of whether
he broke the law or not. I just do not see that happening without the SC
weighing in on the constitutionality of the law itself.

IMO we will never get a concrete answer. Every Pres that comes along - they say nothing
sticks. I think they write these laws deliberately in a vague way with buts, and exceptions
so nothing ever sticks.

He's right: When you negotiate, you reach an equitable deal. We got the sh%#ty end of the stick on this one by far.

He didn't negotiate with terrorists.

He bent over for terrorists.
What terrorists? Since when has the Taliban been a terrorist organization?

Of course we have. I don't know what Conservatives are up in arms about.

As I've already noted it doesn't work that way. It is the law until a court rules otherwise. You can't ignore it because youbthink it might be unconstitutional. If that is what he thought he should have vetoed it.

Nor is it vague.

This administration has no plans of leaving. That 9600 troops left in 2016 will escalate. You watch.
If Hillary "Hawk" gets elected its a given. Same for whoever the Republicans pick, with the exception
of Rand Paul or Libertarian Party candidate.

Folks may as well drop this. It's not going anywhere.

We made the swap, Bergdahl is home, and the case is finished.

BTW...they aren't going to get a conviction for desertion either. I doubt they'll even try.
