Hispanics are the majority group in almost every city I listed. Seattle and Charlotte are the only obvious exceptions.
Uh, no. See your own list below...
Now, being the traveler that I am , I have been to all of the cities you listed,
except Seattle I was only there by a flight, so I don't consider it a real visit.
I didn't consider any of them extremely dangerous in comparison
to a Chicago just walking the street, though parts of San Antonio
I found a little shady, in LA - a lot shady.

Understandably so, being border cities.
Well then, let me break it to you gently
In mostly black neighborhoods in Chicago, they have a lot of crime and violence
I was there temporarily (a couple of years) and leaving was a very happy day, indeed.
Had to put socks on my dogs paws just to take them for a walk in the winter.
That wind off of Lake Shore Drive will rip your face off. Brrrrrrrrrr.
If black people scares you, that is your issue, not mine.

Once again, quit taking things out of context to meet your agenda.
I'm not walking down the street in an all black neighborhood by
myself in Chitown and neither are you.
Come to think of it, I wouldn't do it in San Frans black neighborhoods either.
That's not being afraid of black people.
Thats simply having common sense.

The Context of your post is that black neighborhoods are dangerous. How is he taking you out of context ?

No. My context is that black "inner city" neighborhoods are dangerous.
He is taking it out of context because an inner city black neighborhood is dangerous. Period.
It does not have really anything to do with "being afraid of a black person".
Black people, themselves are afraid of walking alone in inner city black neighborhoods.

Weird, I have been in "black inner city neighborhoods" in Brooklyn and haven't been a victim of a crime once. I also don't assume all black people are criminals.

And San Diego, and Los Angeles, and practically NYC. San Jose, Austin, Seattle, and (barely) NYC (33% to 28.3%) are the only cities with a predominant white population.
Let's go back to your premise though. If Hispanic = more dangerous these cities would not be the safest cities in the USA since only 17% of the US population is Hispanic and almost every city listed is well above 17%.
No one is moving goal post except you. I never made any claims about the states themselves.
Of course you didn't. That would ruin your little rant.

Yes, MI has a GOP governor, and crime outside of Detroit isn't bad, in fact, the suburbs of Detroit are doing great in terms of crime. Same with New Jersey, and Mississippi. The crime is out of control in the liberal centers of those states, which this list shows.
State > City
Please explain why it is that the GOP higher-ups can't get a handle on it.
