They are indeed liberal strongholds, your sarcasm notwithstanding.
Keep blaming the black people. Meanwhile, it seems these people didn't get the memo.

Clay county, KY has 37% of the people on SNAP and is only 9% black.
Fentress county, TN has 31% of the people on SNAP, but is only 5% black. 76% R
Raynolds county, MO has 32% of the people on SNAP and is 73% black. 60% R
Union county, TN has 26% of the people on SNAP and is 5% black. 73.5% R
Knox county, TN has 13% of the people on SNAP and is 36% black. 60% R

Yes, government programs always have that result.

Yes, I'm sure that these so called "leeches" enjoy living their lavish lifestyles of struggling to pay the bills everybkonth, and struggling to provide for their families.

Fortunately, you're not in charge. Whatever form of government emerges from the 2014/2016 elections will consider it.

Clay county KY has a total population of only 21,556. 37% relative to that and the total US population is quite insignificant.

Cherry picking a few sparsely populated white rural areas doesn't mitigate the overwhelmingly black+brown nature of food stamps.

Being "poor" is a career choice. Pays very well in some states too.

They think this will work for 2016.

Maybe it will help if billionaire creep L.V. casino owner Sheldon Adelson becomes president. Then they can just cull 50% of all Americans they "hate"

yeah right. the only real difference between red and blue states is that one is republican and the other is democrat. they both will vote the same way to keep the American people in chains.
