That will put major hardship on middle class and especially low income families. The left always worrying about the little guy.

I find it interesting that the Left love to argue "Separation of Church and State" — which doesn't exist in the Constitution — on questions of politics and religion, but they never seem concerned with the very real, and clearly established in the Constitution, "Separation of Powers," and the very limited powers given to the President.

President Obama is simply without the authority to do this. It is time for Congress to act, to prevent the EPA from implementing these ridiculous, unreasonable, and expensive (especially for the consumer of electricity) regulations.

Enough is enough!

Vote the slime bag Democrats out in 2014 and 2016, and demand Congress rein in these out of control government agencies, or better yet, eliminate them.

In 2007 the EPA won the right to regulate greenhouse gases under the current Clean Air Act after a ruling by SCOTUS. That 1990 legislation was never intended for that purpose. The only way that will be reversed is through new legislation.

That said Nancy agrees, it should be done through Congress. Of course that was her opinion when the Democrats were in charge.

Pelosi: Congress must move on climate | TheHill

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Wednesday that Congress, not the Obama administration, needs to address global warming.
Asked if she wants the Obama administration to address climate change through regulations if Congress fails to pass a bill this year, Pelosi responded, "It has to be done by statute."
