Well, this is what I have notice. The only times anyone ever really brings up violence committed by Blacks is when

1) Someone wants to complain about Black people and/or has an ax to grind as far as Blacks go.

or

2) The victim isn't Black.

In Puerto Rico this happens all the time. Who cares about us Puerto Ricans. It doesn't increase tv ratings. That it is all it's about.
