He needs to be able to present hiis case, the combined actual evidence needs to be evaluated and adjudicated by the US Army, not FOX.

It's funny how those liberals on this forum who have a long, distinguished record of hating the United States military are all of sudden content with "waiting on the investigation to be finalized" before passing judgement on Bowe Bergdahl. For them to pass judgement on Bergdahl for deserting the military would be to side with the United States military.....something every single one of them are loathe to do. Waiting to pass judgement is not a case of being noble.....hardly......its a case of finding a way to actually side with the guy. Desertion is something every single on of these military-haters dream about and actually support as long as they don't have to be on record praising the United States military. It's part and parcel of their failed ideology. It is not coincidental in the slightest.

Fox is not the only one reporting things you know.

You have fox on the brain

You gotta love the NYT. They will defend Obama no matter how disastrous this gets, because it's all the fault of those evil Republican operatives.

They also blame the Army because Bergdahl was just a "free-spirited young man."

I'm no fan of our involvement in Afghanistan. In the end I might tell my son the same thing. My son in law has some real difficult things he is going through after seeing one too many of his friends die beside him in Iraq. If I thought I could save that fate for my son..........

SO you're ready to hang Bergdahl without even hearing his side of the story, is that correct?

I don't know much about how a court martial is organized, but I don't believe that the president has any direct say in how it is constituted.

Obama can of course try to influence the composition of the court martial, as can any opposing interests with the access. I would hope that the military oath to defend the Constitution would be on everyone's mind.

Unfortunately, this has gotten so political so fast that I am sure at least some people will never see the question as settled, regardless of the court martial's outcome.

I've been catching Fox here and there and they are asking what is in my mind the right questions about Bergdahl. Of course anyone without Obama lover syndrome would question Obama's bypassing congress and his trading 5 of their top guys for one. One of the guys who was there said they was glad that he is coming him but he should get a trial. He said that he wishes those 5 guys were not traded because they will kill Americans.

Did he convert to survive,
No one knows what they would do in these circumstances.
Stockholms syndrome
ptsd
then they look at the other side, was he a traitor, etc.

Fox doesn't seem to be trying to hang him from a tree. Is MSNBC?
