Yes... because Obama is an emperor who can do whatever he wants... it's certainly not as if Congress - with both parties to blame - has ANY say in the nation's fate...
And despite history *completely* disagreeing with the notion that the economy crashed in late January, 2009, it is perfectly reasonable to ignore decades of idiotic and corrupt behavior on the part of both parties, culminating in the Housing Bubble, which was at peak strength from about 2000 to 2006, amusingly overlapping the same time period in which the Republicans controlled all branches of the Federal government. Yes, yes - ignoring history to make partisan points based on complete falsehoods is proper and logical for civilized discourse.
