Exactly.

Obama is very possibly guilty of UCMJ Article 104, Aiding the Enemy. It's a capital offense, punishable by death.

Then it's mutual. That makes Obama very possibly guilty of UCMJ Article 104, Aiding the Enemy. It's a capital offense, punishable by death.

The president isn't a member of the military so that doesn't apply to him at all.

So Obama is free to commit a capital offense that others would be executed for. Got it.

There have been 612 detainees released to date, I don't understand the focus on these 5.

Quote:
According to the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which
regularly releases an unclassified summary report about former
detainees, as of January this year, 104 of the 614 detainees (17%) released from
the prison have engaged in "terrorist activities," while another 74 (12%) are
suspected of doing so. It is impossible to assess the validity of the U.S.
government's claim, referenced by McCain, that nearly 30% of the released
detainees are confirmed or suspected of engaging in terrorist activity because
the government has not publicly released the names of any of these detainees for
the past five years.

Probably because you're under-informed.

Or do you expect us to believe that you've seen the Top Secret intel, and your credentials trump those of our military's and intelligence's knowledge and experience?

The Taliban is undeniably a terrorist organization to any rational person. They have committed mass executions of civilians based on the civilians being a different form of Muslim. The US government lists them as a terrorist group. The fact that so many Obamabots are trying to pretend that they aren't, for mere political talking points, is a sign of what is wrong with this country.

You do have a point though, the Taliban has described how Obama has drastically escalated drone strikes, which has killed more civilians.

Obama bombs more countries, with more drones, and more strikes, while making more foreign drone bases.

None of the prior 612 detainees released were a threat?
