Of course you loons said they were all dying. Now you don't even bring up polar bears. Why is that? Same with the Caribu in Alaska when the pipe was going up. You folks are so full of poop you need an enima.

Of course climate change will continue to happen. But some of that change is due to human activity, and that we can try to minimize.

If you think atmospheric CO2 has no bearing on the temperature of the Earth, you are a willfully ignorant fool. Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas. That is an undisputed fact and has been proven science since the 1800s.

If the percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere has nothing to do with the climate, then why is Venus the hottest planet in the solar system even though Mercury is much closer to the sun? Could it be the fact that the atmosphere is 96.5% CO2? If it's not the CO2, then what makes Venus so hot? But yeah, just keep braying about taxes and ignoring the evidence cause your handlers told you everything's gonna be alright.

Venus atmosphere is 90 times more dense. In fact, if you just used Nitrogen alone at the same mass you would get a ton of heat just by the insulating properties of a gas.

Nice try though!

No you are the fool. Just go look at the data. You won't do that and squeal though like the rest. Hey if co2 is such a problem then kill yourself and save the world.

We don't live on Venus. If we did then we would deal with it. Not by taxing folks.

Good grief....Do you actually think nitrogen and oxygen have the same greenhouse effect as CO2? That is epic unbelievable ignorance! The composition of the atmosphere is 79% nitrogen, 20% oxygen, and 1% other gases. That is something you should have learned in elementary school.

The answer is simple: Since humans weren't around during the other warming climates, or there weren't as many humans in the recent ones, no one living can predict how well humanity will be able to adapt to this current warming phase.

All that is known is humanity and technology have played a part in the warming. If our part decreases in it's importance, we stand a slightly better chance of surviving as a species if the warming does not become as severe as it was in several of the past events.

The sooner we begin, the better our chances are of survival. There will come a point where the forces of nature will take over. At that point, there is nothing we can do to reverse it.

"A ton of heat" doesn't cut it. Where's your data for the thermal insulating properties of nitrogen as compared to carbon dioxide at 93 bar? Since nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas, I want to see some evidence that the insulating properties of nitrogen can reach the 735K temps on Venus.

The scientific consensus is the temperature on Venus is due to the high concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, with water vapor contributing to a lesser extent.

Nice try though!

Venus & Mars

Venus doesn't have a runaway greenhouse effect

Exactly. But if fixing the problem added even a penny per gallon of gas, it'll make it harder for the deniers to fill up their Hummers... so clearly we should sacrifice humanity instead... the idiocy is amazing. It makes as much sense as NOT going to the ER when you've shattered your leg because "that might cost money." Yes... as if the alternative is free...

Why are you braying about co2 then? lol
