“What Constitution?”
STATE OF EMERGENCY
Senate Report 93-549
War and Emergency Powers Acts
"A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years (as of the report 1933-1973), freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency."
... ABRIDGED BY LAWS ... UNDER EMERGENCY RULE ...

I don't prescribe to the current far right BS. Maybe you do. But I don't know- I can't assume anything lest I look like an ass, like some others have done.

Because their manifesto pointed to revolution and overthrowing our current governance? Is 'metaphorically speaking' out of your range of understanding? Should I spell that out for you next time?

He had a criminal record so he wasn't allowed to legally own a firearm. Maybe the wife bought them, maybe they stole them. They were also apparently meth addicts. Replace their hatred of the oppressive government with hatred of oppressive big business and you'd have ideal Occupy Wall Streeters.
Or they were just anti social crazies that we're breeding by the thousands everywhere. In rural areas, in cities, in suburbs, down south, up north, out west,, young, old, and of every race, asian, white ,black, hispanic.....
