The USA better practice with Detroit.

I think annexing Mexico and exterminating the current population would be a positive first step for progressive gentrification. Margret Sanger would agree.

Secure your country or we will do it for you and you might find Mexico to be 3 or 4 States in the US.
Try putting it the other way. Mexico would rather that people in the US stop doing meth and coke so that they wouldn't have all of this violence.

NB: The Mexican Cession the result of the War of 1848 with Mexico defined the Sothwest (El Norte depending on ones view point) included everything between the Continental Divide and south of 42 deg N Lat. the current Oregon -California border (Set by the British and the Spanish during the negotiations that ended the a series of wars in 1760) . So in addition to Arizona, California and New Mexico add Nevada, nearly all of Utah and Western Colorado. So many political problems solved in a single swipe, RWNJs, Texans, Mormons, casino billionaires, brain dead retirees and Fruit and Nut land all gone. Its so diabolically obvious.

They already lost it. Unless there is a drastic turn around they are finished in national politics... Gerrymandering can only get you so far.

You mean how Democrats used to gerrymander districts in California until sane Californians voted through the initiative process to put it in the hands of an appointed commission?
