When the IRS audits you you are considered guilty until you can prove your innocence with YOUR records.
So if all your records were scanned to file and your hard drive failed and the backup drives

There are multiple back ups and now they can go after Congresses emails to try to retrieve them. I wonder if Democrat congressmen would want that. Nice try though.
That is complete BS. It is a FEDERAL LAW that states ALL government email is to be archived for YEARS for this very thing. There is a separate archiving system just for this.
