Fear of impeachment more likely. It also helps that you know you'll be pardoned right after you resign.

If we were all so lucky and Obama resigned, I don't care that Biden would end up as president.

There are multiple back ups and now they can go after Congresses emails to try to retrieve them. I wonder if Democrat congressmen would want that. Nice try though.

That is complete BS. It is a FEDERAL LAW that states ALL government email is to be archived for YEARS for this very thing. There is a separate archiving system just for this.
