I don't think so. 90% of workplace fatalities are suffered by men. See, in a
day when women are not only allowed, but specifically sought after and
encouraged, to become soldiers, firefighters, police officers, etc those
professions are still almost never chosen by women. You don't see women working
at construction sites, in sewers, at lumber yards, or on oil rigs. That is a
choice they make. Women are not relegated to menial work in modern society.
Women choose their professions. There are more women than men with college
degrees.
One third of our police force is female and the number is growing every year.
I don't think there has ever been a more confusing time to be female in our history. We've got the conservatives pushing for traditional family values and the liberals pushing for equality and the religious right wanting to do away with bc and abortions ("just keep your legs closed ladies") the omega men claiming they want women to fight the wars for them and pay for everything because "it's only fair". LOL.
It's comical. And this is probably the one time where it's not stupid to say "think of the children"!
