What ever happened to states rights? Did they all of a sudden fly out the window with our Liberal dictator president?
States rights come first, or so I've always thought, at least here in Texas anyways.
BTW its 19 states where gay marriage is legal so you're way off pal. You've counted your eggs before they have even hatched.
Question: Why is it legal for two complete strange men that met at a risque gay bar to get married, but not me & my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd cousin who I have known for 30 something years of my life? That right there is a violation of MY rights.
You want to...go ahead.
Two straight people married in Vegas for all of 72 hours before divorcing isn't destructive to the institution while two gay people who have been a couple for 30 years getting married *is*....so sayeth the Right.
They spend 24 hours a day 365 on the road with little to no sleep so you can have a life. Is that not productive enough?
These men (in some cases women) are sadly over looked & its people like you that take them for granted.
Agreed.
Politics aside, truck drivers get a bum rap in this nation. They are badly underpaid when you look at the total hours worked vs. the ones they are paid for, they live hard lives away from family and friends, and their entire flippin' job is an endless commute.
Let's at least step back from the partisan bickering and agree to this - respect the truckers. Without them, we wouldn't have a functioning society.
