Ann Coulter says soccer is un-American and not a real 'sport' (money, million)

So it's between criquet, golf, nascar and soccer as to the most boring. Why I nap on Sunday's during the summer time. Flip on a golf game or the neckcar race and I'm out like a light. lol
Ann is always a fun read, sure to ruffle some feathers.
I look at it this way, if it wasn't for some soccer players deciding to pick up the ball and run with it, we wouldn't have football as we know it today. Likewise, if Dr. Naismith hadn't been looking to move a soccer game indoors during the winter, we wouldn't have basketball. Heck, soccer was American before "American football" was!
Does that mean I watch soccer on a regular basis? Nope. But I, like many Americans, like beating other countries at just about anything. Hell, I'll watch the paralympic curling competitions every 4 years if it means we might defend our national pride.
When Mexico and Brazil can play to a scoreless tie, each earn an arbitrary "point", and the game is considered to have been "good", there is something wrong with the sport.
NASCAR is the biggest joke for auto racing on the planet. I'ver never understood how anyone can get deep into that.
NASCAR is interesting to me... and I'm a liberal Northern Black guy.
But... I like physics (degreed in engineering). Superelevation, aerodynamic equations, pavement design, drainage considerations. NASCAR tracks and cars are a work of art.
Anyway, back on topic. Ann Coulter is trying to make some money. No one takes her seriously.
I don't understand how soccer isn't "American." What is an "American" sport?
Masculinity? Rage? Guns? Fast Cars? Someone fill me in.

When any of the soccer haters can pick up a ball, dribble it, and run around for 90 minutes without passing out, we will consider their opinions.

I rarely watch any sport unless it's part of a critical game in the playoffs. I'd rather waste my time on the Internet -and just catch the highlights (NASCAR crashes, soccer biting...)
