To think, this girl went crazy and beat up a girl, which is now all over the Internet, because the girl said something about her relationship with her manager. She's effectively ruined her life, will have a criminal record that will make her almost unemployable, because of some words. Why don't people think before they do stupid stuff like this? I just don't get it.

Don't get me wrong, I think she deserves some jail time. I'm just shaking my head in wonder over how people don't think how their behavior will affect their lives. She will never get hired in service again. She's likely to have a police record for assault, which any potential employer will see. I highly doubt she has other skills. This is going to end badly for her. The other girl will heal (probably already has), but this woman's troubles are just beginning. All for some stupid words.

Let's face it. We have all stood around and watched a schoolyard fight. People only broke them up in the rare cases where it appeared someone might actually suffer more than a busted lip. It appeared to me most of the observers were pretty young.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking too. The comments on here make me sad sometimes - people saying she should be put down like a rabid animal, or handed over to police in a couple of grocery bags. Don't they realize that makes them 1,000 times worse than this woman?

I don't think LaTia Harris is far enough up Maslow's Hiearchy of Needs to realize how her behavior is going to cost her, but you're right, it is. She strikes me as someone who has little if anything going on upstairs.

The truly sad thing is that she traumatized an innocent child with her barbaric actions......all because she's an idiot.

You're probably right about her not realizing the cost. She may never realize the cost, blaming it on other factors instead. I'm not too worried about the little boy. He's only two, so he won't remember this.

Uh, what?
Had she limited this only to words, there would be no problem.

All of her troubles are brought on by her own choice.

I was saying this girl got mad at the other because she spoke some words about the other girl and the manager (i.e., rumors), and now the idiot may have ruined her life or committed acts that will follow her around for a long time....over some words.

You sound sympathetic to her plight.

Not sympathetic at all, just marveling at the stupidity of young people who don't think about the consequences of their actions.
