Don't whine here!

It's the fault of the ACA that my family can't afford the premiums because we were doing it just fine prior to that unnecessary intervention.

I'm not a Republican, never have been one, never will be one. But thanks for all of your AMAZING ideas.

If someone could afford insurance premiums before obamacare, but not after - is that their fault?

Lies, damn lies, democrats.

I can, but what does it matter? The premium will vary based on your zip, age, smoking status, sex, number of people enrolled, etc.

You claimed that low deductible/copay plans weren't available, they are.

Oh wait. That was just a dream. I actually don't have health insurance anymore because I can no longer afford it thanks to the premium increases due to the ACA. S***!
Your employer doesn't offer health insurance?

Yes, it is.

After all, that is what we hear from conservatives all the time.

If a family needs government assistance because of some unforeseen devastating loss, the cons all say 'they should have prepared for that'; 'they should have been saving their money instead of buying the latest electronics and i-phones'; 'they should move to a state with lower COL', etc.

This is no different.

Also, I do not believe people who say that because of the ACA they can't afford healthcare.

Maybe they make little money but are in a CONSERVATIVE state that refuses to take assistance from the federal government so those low-income people can get coverage.

Oh, well. That's what those people voted for! They should like it! Not whine about it now!

Then it sounds like you should pick a better plan. Being self employed definitely sucks in this country, another reason why I am in favor of universal healthcare.
