House Ethics Committee weakens lobbyist-funded travel disclosure « Hot Air

Congress Quietly Deletes a Key Disclosure of Free Trips Lawmakers Take - NationalJournal.com

Son of a #%#$! I am so fed up with these people. Just as they reversed something last year where they can still get away with insider trading. I hate these people, I hate DC. Bunch of crooked, elitist scumbags. Why the hell do we put up with this time after time.

We are a nation of dummies and cowards for allowing these people to continue to do the things they do.

Which is why I've argued they all should be defeated regardless of party.

I wonder if this had anything to do with Rangel getting nailed again?

I need to know which letter comes after someones name before I can defend/attack this position. I'll be heading over to my talking points website to get the latest "information" on this.

You are not alone in feeling the way you do. But most people continue to vote them in. If they even bother to vote.

A total cleaning of the House and Senate is in order.

Both parties. Establishment types. They have to go. Most of us know they suck, yet we never vote them out. Look, people just voted Rangel and Cochran back in. Reid back in a few years ago. How stupid do we have to be?

Well... some of us that don't subscribe to the 2 party game are trying to do our part.

Nothing will happen until Congressional districts get fixed. That's not going to happen because of the partisan idiots in the country and that permeate this forum. It takes competitive elections to fix things. We don't have that right now in Congress.
