"A Tampa church canceled a man’s funeral one day beforehand when parishioners complained that the man was gay, according to his widower."

Tampa church cancels gay man's funeral - FOX 13 News

No need to wait to get to heaven for God to judge you any longer. His loving "Christian" followers have taken over that duty for him right here on Earth. So much for loving your fellow man.

It must be hell to carry around that burden of hate.

[love the sinner, hate the sin...etc. etc.]

It was a black baptist church... I'm not surprised. It's the same demographic that voted against gay marriage in CA.

Way to change the subject, guys! This has nothing to do with Obama...and you don't know if the people in that church voted for him or not. You are assuming something based on their skin color. Not cool.

The sad thing about this case is that the pastor told the family they couldn't hold the funeral at his church the day before it was scheduled. So they had to race around to find another venue and many members of the family didn't get to attend because they didn't get the word. That added an extra helping of cruel to an already vicious act.

You guys constantly change the subject to "tea party," "teabaggers," and "haters." Nicet pointed out some irony. It is very true that the vast, vast majority of black voters voted for Obama twice.

With that being said, this is wrong on so many levels.

Study after study, has determined 98% of the black vote went to Obama. It is well documented.
With that documentation, it can be used to place a very close estimate, of those in a 100% black congregation voted.

It is not 100% accurate, but it will be very close.

I agree, this has nothing to do with Obama. Obama would surely condemn this church's decision. The funny thing is, most southern church going blacks condemn homosexuality and abortion (same as hispanics), yet both groups will overwhelmingly vote democrat at the polls. So yes, assumption based on skin color is not out of line.
