It is truly amazing to me. conservatives were wailing about the border. They admit that this rush of activity at the border requires more resources, so instead of passing their own solution to the issue, they fail yet again.

They no longer have any credibility on this issue to honest people.

conservatives can't whine about a problem, be in a unique position to directly pass policy to deal with that problem and fail to even pass anything in the one part of the federal government in which conservatives are the majority, and have any credibility to say anything about the issue.

conservatives have no solutions to anything. And at the federal level they are post policy.

Absolutely no one is stopping him from doing that.
Amen and amen to that. And I am not talking about the "nightmare act" he enacted because congress wouldn't. I don't agree he should not be impeached. He swore to uphold our laws already on the books. That is all he is supposed to do. If he keeps allowing this invasion, I think impeachment would be called for.

I saw the leader of Israel talking and one of the news people mentioned that our leaders understand Israel needs to protect its borders. NO THEY DON'T! If they understood protecting their own citizens; they would be doing it at our border. We are an unprotected country right now. They've opened up our borders and said, "COME ON IN AND WE WILL ROB OUR OWN CITIZENS TO PAY YOU."

You seem to think Obama doesn't know what he's doing.

He has an astute and knowledgeable legal team and he himself studied the Constitution.
They know exactly what they can do and stay within the law.

Hasn't 6.5 years already shown you that ?

Chris pretty much sums it up ....

You are being sarcastic right? Sometimes its hard to tell. Mr 9-0 doesn't care what his advisors tell him. He knows better than everyone....until the courts tell him otherwise.

What is so "uncertain" about the House? The GOP has a 35 seat majority....what on Earth could you possibly be optimistic about? Picking up 5 seats? LOL

Don't want to pay to deal with the problem, fine, the Dems are going to use this against the GOP and it will hurt. Dems were set to lose the Senate, more of these sorts of childish actions and that could change is a way that will not be good for the GOP. People are starting to understand that not everything that is messed up is due to Obama or the Dems.
Bush signed the law in question on December 30, 2008 with Democrats the majority in both chambers of Congress and after Barack Obama had already been elected. If you're going to keep parroting this bull tripe as if it was something other than the lame duck detritus that it is, then at least provide some context. I'd be willing to bet you didn't even know the context behind Bush's signature, did you? You just keep parroting the party line without any inkling of knowledge of the condidtions for which the law was signed.

Oh right Obama started this...not like it hasn't been going on for years. You saying the House doesn't have any responsibility to assure this crisis is fixed? Not like they been doing much anyway. But don't come whining when Obama cleans it up himself as much as he can with executive action.

As a nation we can't address any actual problems. conservatives can agree amongst themselves to barely pass the usually bi-partisan funding for roads and bridges.

The radical nature of the Conservative party is the story in American politics.

Things that used to be routine and vitally important are barely passing if at all.

Boehner just said, "There are numerous steps the president can and should be taking right now, without the need for congressional action.". Wait, isn't there a suit or something in the works? These guys are hilarious!
