MS13 do use minors to commit violent crimes because they are minors.

U.S. sanctions top members of MS-13 gang - Washington Times
“MS-13 is an extremely violent and dangerous gang responsible for a multitude of crimes that directly threaten the welfare and security of U.S. citizens, as well as peoples throughout Central America,” said Adam Szubin, director of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control. “We will continue to target the leadership and financial networks supporting MS-13, and work with our law enforcement partners from across the United States and around the world to disrupt their criminal activities.”
MS13 and most gang bangers don't count to folks who never see em. They are there and will kill folks. Something some can't realize.

MS13 has a big pile of new recruits now.

OK, let's try your own "argument" on you. Why do you support MS13 having new recruits?

Why not ask that of DHS ? They told Border Agents to let them all in if they say they are under 18 regardless of the tats.

I am asking why KUchief25 support it?

If Congress wants to amend, or abolish "W"s immigration law regarding minors, they should just roll up their sleeves and do it. I am ok with it

That 2008 law is about child trafficking. It's about children being abducted from their home country and rescued here in the US.

How many of these 50,000+ have said they have been abducted ?

They are saying they are refugees seeking asylum due to the violence in their countries.
