Link: Insane Clown Posse’s FBI lawsuit thrown out; Juggalos are gang members now

From the article in question:
Quote:
According to the Associated Press, U.S. District Judge Robert Cleland dismissed the latest lawsuit because the FBI’s report on gangs “does not recommend any particular course of action for local law enforcement to follow.” Meaning that, just because the FBI report calls the Juggalos—or anyone else—a gang, it doesn’t meant it’s necessarily trying to crack down on them.
I'm not really surprised by this. I've had personal experience with Juggalo's and Juggalettes in the past and they definitely exude this "gang mentality" and crucified anyone who dared criticize their idol's work. We'll see how this plays out, but really? Who can these people blame but themselves?

They're fat white people in clown makeup and cornrows. They're about as gangsta as Beliebers.

Well...a majority of them are anyway. My ex back in highschool was of Lebanese decent and was really into ICP. Now that I think about it...no wonder our "relationship" didn't last that long, haha.

And they wonder why they're looked at as gang members.
